About Us

Punch Studios was founded in 2009 by Joe Bailey and has since established itself as a quality production house using analogue and digital technologies.

Since inception, Punch Studios has expanded its services to include additional recording, rehearsal facilities, audio for media and post production. Punch has a pool of talent to call upon, from a roster of qualified engineers, producers, musicians and technicians.

Previous clients include Kuku Studios (for Netflix), Monster Films (for CBS Reality), ITV, This Is The Kit & Rozi Plain (on behalf of Smokehouse Live Sessions), Viacom Studios UK (for MTV), Substation, SuperGlu, Gaffa Tape Sandy, Horse Party, Tundra, Blue Mean Eyes, Hot Tramp and many more.

Punch Studios works in close partnership with a wider group of organisations that make up the South Street Studios complex. These include The Smokehouse venue, Brighten The Corners, Out Loud Music, Ipswich Community Media, I/O Radio and Kick Music Schools.
